Beechmont Storage is constructed of a masonry frame, concrete floors, 26 gauge galvanized aluminum, galvanized doors and hallways.
Heated and Cooled units accessed through exterior hallway doors that lead to each unit's own door.
All units are accessed through a three foot or eight foot wide garage style door.
Each individual unit has its OWN DOOR ALARM
The alarm system is monitored and controlled by computer, may not possibly be manipulated by criminals or any others, and can only be accessed and opened by the owner of the unit.
The security system contains VIDEO SURVEILLANCE and GATE ACCESS CONTROL KEYPAD that allows management to know who is on the facility at all times, for how long, and whether they have opened their unit or attempted to open another unit.
All units contain ceilings higher than 12 feet.
All units are fully enclosed so that no one may access them besides you, the owner.
Free lock and keys provided when you rent your unit(s).
